Congratulations to Doctoral Candidate Roselia Mendez Murillo for receiving a UC President's Pre-Professorate Fellowship. Fellowships are awarded on the basis of merit and promise of productive scholarship, and they are aimed at providing faculty pathways for underrepresented students. Fellows receive an entire year off from teaching to work on their dissertation.
